Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, we ship only within India.

Product Warranty

Do electronic gadgets come with a warranty?

Most electronic gadgets include a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. The warranty duration is clearly mentioned on the product page.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as per the manufacturer’s or seller’s policy.

What is NOT covered under warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (cables, batteries, accessories)

Do decorative items have a warranty?

Decorative items do not carry a warranty, unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is the original invoice required for warranty claims?

Yes. Customers must retain the original purchase invoice to raise any warranty claim.
